Optimizes SVG path tags, optionally converting coordinates to absolute (clearer to humans) or relative (usually more concise), rounding to a given number of decimal places, and applying transforms. If there's a transform attribute on the tag, this can be optimized away and stripped. Other optimizations include using smooth-curve shorthand and removing final redundant Lineto coordinates before a Z (close) operation.
