- "Edit > Goto Shortcuts" for quickly locating pre-defined items. For example, this can be used to quickly get to the <title>...</title> text or find other tags/text in the document. Optionally, the match can be bookmarked for future use. Can be handy when working with large documents and documents created by others
- Editor bookmarks that can be cycled through using F2 and Shift+F2 keys ("Edit > Bookmarks"). The limitation on the maximum number of bookmarks (10 in HTML-Kit Build 292) no longer applies. Ctrl+F2 key or "Edit > Bookmarks > Toggle Bookmark" menu option can be used to create a new bookmark for the current line, or to remove existing bookmarks. - Quickly find multi-line text in multiple files and folders using the new "[Project] > Right Click > Find" feature. Files with matching text are flagged. When a flagged file is opened (by double clicking or pressing Enter on the item in the project), the file opens with the matches bookmarked, which can be navigated using F2 and Shift+F2. To clear the bookmarks, select "Edit > Bookmarks > Clear All." To clear flags in the project, right click and select "Flag > Clear All." Search options include the ability to find plain text or regular expressions, and case-sensitive mode.

- Line number area is able to display multiple indicators for each line. For example, this makes it possible to view bookmark indicators and line modified indicators for the same line.

- Bookmark Window is able to switch between displaying bookmarks in all open documents and bookmarks in the current document. Defaults to displaying bookmarks in all documents. To change this setting, click "Settings" and update the "Scope" option.
- Option for enabling keyboard navigation in Bookmark Window, TagTree Code Navigator and other similar windows. Once enabled, Up, Down, Home and End keys can be used to highlight an item. Enter key selects the highlighted item. Click "Keyboard" option to enable keyboard navigation and display the highlighting bar. Pressing one of the following keys also enables keyboard navigation: Up, Down, Home or End.

The name of the window generating the hint is displayed to the left of the hint. When using the mouse to select items, hints are displayed as popup hints.
- "Search-only test mode" option on "Project folder > Right click > Batch actions > Search in files" that can be used to test the search expression without actually updating the files. In this mode, when a file with one or more matches is double clicked the matches are tagged with bookmarks.
- Options for marking all matches on "Edit > Incremental Search" dialog. The matches can be marked with or without bookmarks.
