  • New Actions Bar interface. This interface attempts to combine the features presented in HTML-Kit Actions Bar 2.0 while keeping the familiarity of previous toolbars and the new Vista style. Known issues: language switching is not supported by menus and buttons on the Actions Bar
  • "Actions Bar Channels" for quickly switching the current Actions Bar and for reducing scrolling (Ctrl+F11 or "View > Actions Bar > Change Channel"). This version includes 4 channels numbered 1 to 4. To switch to channel 2 for example, click "2 >" on the left hand side
  • "Actions Bar > Files and Projects" group for quickly accessing menu options related to opening files, creating new files, opening projects and creating new projects. This replaces the "Open file wizard" found in Build 292
  • The space used by the Actions Bar can be resized to make more space available to editor windows. The ability to automatically show/hide it is in the works
  • Option for opening the last opened file (in the current session or the last session). Currently this option is on the drop-down menu of the first Open icon on the Actions Bar
  • Moved the temporary HTML Plugins Actions Bar that used to be located on the bottom to channel 2 on the new Actions Bar

  • Ability to switch the Actions Bar tab using the Ctrl+F11 keyboard shortcut ("View > Actions Bar > Change Tab" menu option). The Actions Bar Channel can be switched by pressing Shift+F11 ("View > ACtions Bar > Change Channel")
  • Added "Actions Bar > Edit > Clipboard" group. The Paste button has a drop-down menu that can further format the text before pasting (for example, convert plain text to HTML paragraphs). Delete and Select All buttons have drop-down menus with several related options. At least one document has to be open for this group to become activated
  • "Actions Bar > Edit > Undo" group with Undo and Redo buttons. Also includes a button for restoring previous versions of files
  • Changed the keyboard shortcut for switching Actions Bar channels from Ctrl+F11 to Shift+F11
