When first starting HTML-Kit Tools the start window defaults to  anchoring to the right hand side of the application window. This can be easily changed by simply placing the cursor on the Start windows menu bar and left clicking and then dragging the now "undocked" window. Notice that in the applications back ground window a series of controls become available? Simply drag the now cross shaped cursor over one of these controls to anchor the start window on the side of the program that control is pointing to. You can of course release the mouse button anywhere in the application window to create a floating window anywhere you wish.

Another thing you may be interested in trying is the "nesting" ability of the windows, once you have anchored a window to a perimeter of the applications window open another window and drag it onto the window you anchored previously. See how another set of controls opens within the first anchored window? You can now anchor the second window above below or on side of the first window.
