Adds actions for changing the case of the selected text.

Features:

• Convert text to upper-case.
• Convert text to lower-case.
• Reverse the case of each letter.
• Capitalize the first letter of each word.
• Capitalize the first letter of each word and convert rest of the letters to lower-case [new v0.40].
• Capitalize the first letter of each sentence.
• Capitalize the first letter of each sentence and convert rest of the letters to lower-case [new v0.40].
• Right-click menu for accessing plugin actions [new].
• Preferences dialog for enabling the right-click menu and setting the default button-click action [new].

• To change the case of text: select the text to be changed in the editor and pick the desired action from the plugin's drop-down menu.
