Converts regular space characters next to punctuation such as ! ? : ; % « and » to non-breaking spaces.

Features:

• Makes it easier to ensure that punctuation characters (such as ! ? : ; % « and ») separated by a space are attached to the word to the left, using nbsp entities (can be useful when working with French text, for example).

• To convert space+punctuation characters in the current document: make sure that no text is selected and invoke the plugin.
• To convert a specific block of text: select the text before invoking the plugin.
