Something changed

in version 20120202 something changed in find and replace.

I used to be able to search for a newline, \n and replace it, but
now I can't figure out how.

ctrl-H used to give one the option of what kind of search to use,
now you have to go to the edit menu to pick text or regex.

    I liked the old way.

      Nope, hasn't changed :)

You can get to search and replace options with this button:

Ctrl+H takes you to the last selected search and replace option. I don't
think you'd always want to select which option to use first, but when
you do Ctrl+Shift+H does the trick:

I was confusing Search with Search and Replace.

At least if my dementia gets worse I will be able to meet new
      people every day.

:) Only if you've seen me try to recall names of actors. Ten movies
later, I'd make a connection to a person that was in the scene with the
actor in question. I could use a Flash memory upgrade.
