Seems that when I open/create a file Tools defaults to creating it to use the Windows line endings. It appears that it causes a problem on my host's servers now.

Is there a default setting that I can change to have newly created files use the Unix line-endings(?) instead of Windows which it does now? Couldn't find a setting anywhere, altho I do see how to change it when editing.

      Hi,

You can set the default character encoding under:

"Edit > Preferences > Files > Encoding > Default encoding"

but not the line ending mode. I'll add this in the next TreeHouse build.
