Re-purposing Ctrl+Enter

There's never enough key combinations that are easy to access and I feel
like Ctrl+Enter can be put to better use.

Currently, HTML-Kit Tools inserts <br /> tag when you press Ctrl+Enter.
I think it's safe to assume that <br /> is being used less often in
favor of DIVs and CSS. The single-click button on "Actions Bar > HTML"
tab can be used for occasions that require multiple BRs.

So, I'm thinking about using Ctrl+Enter keyboard shortcut for other
functions. If anyone has any issues with this, speak now or forever hold
your peace :) In other words, don't yell at me later!

Maybe the same functionality that now is done by ALT-Ins ???? The wrapping function released in february is one of the most like new features of Kit Tools at my advice but ALT+Ins requires 2 hands and INS is a little key on the keyboard... Maybe CTRL+Enter (or CTRL+Space, ALT+Space.... I don't know...) can be better.... :-)

Personally I like ctrl-enter for <br /> but it is not a big deal.
