    How do you ever get

to TALK to anyone that can help. I am clearly doing something
    wrong -

I obviously don't know what. But I cannot use my HTML Kit any
    more as it

won't let me log in so I am paralyzed from updating my website.

    Please help!!! Kira@KirasOasis.com

Please explain exactly what you do and what the response is.
I am not chami but might be able to help some if I understood
what is happening. I have never had to log in to htmlKit tools.

So it looks like the news group index was corrupted causing this old
message to come back up. Looks like I missed your last posting as well.
      Sorry about that Bill.

I replied to the message the same day it originally came up. The issue
was unrelated to HTML-Kit itself. Unless the original poster wants me
to, I won't get into details on this public forum.

For anyone seeing these posts and wondering about the level of support
      HTML-Kit gets, please see:

      http://www.htmlkit.com/contact/

There is no live phone support.

      There is:

      • voice mail (replied by email)
      • text/SMS (replied by text or email)
      • live chat
      • email
      • newsgroup / forum
      • social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Google+)

If you don't get an answer as quickly as you need it, you can always try
      another method.
