    I have a blog at world press www.centinel2012.com which I set up in January. I have been writing in MS Word and doing a copy and past into their new post editor. This has worked reasonably well but I've been doing some posts with more formatting and so I purchased your HTLM-Kit today.

    After saving a word file in HTML format and bringing it in to HTML-Kit for clean up I gt the look exactly where I wanted it and tried to copy the preview into the editor in wold press. I goes in but loses the format what am I doing wrong?

      You are much better off using the WYSIWYG editor in WordPress when you
      are adding pages to that application. Every theme in WordPress has its
      own style sheet which will modify the "look" of anything you paste into
      it preformatted.

        Thanks but not what I wanted to hear! Assuming you are correct and there is no reason not to --- then I can't do what I want to do.

          It is possible to create your own pages and upload them to your web site
          then link to the page using WordPress, but you can't create a page and
          paste it into the WordPress editor without WordPress's style sheet
          imposing itself on your page. To me, though, creating pages in your
          WordPress site, then linking to them sort of defeats the purpose of
          using WordPress.
