Preview on devices

Hi Chami, I'm the guy that asked you to fix some minor bugs in preview on devices...this time with more things I've detected, as a regular mobile developer.

    1. 'Tools somehow does not allow to devices to hide both address/toolbar on iPhone/i/Pod Touch/Androids even if the famous <meta viewport.../> tag is used to hide it. This isn't happening on other local servers so I conclude it's something related to 'Tools, I don't know.

    2. During page transitions the app zooms-out then returns to normal when the transition finishes. Altough I can live with that, since I understand it's not app-related, sometimes customers start asking questions if that "effect" will disappear in production stage.

    3. At some point during testing the app didn't return to normal zoom and refused to go back to normal, staying zoomed-in.

WelI, I think, these are minor bugs that a little fine-tuning will solve in no time, so let me know please if you need additional info or testing on this will you?

    Thank you very much,

    Alfredo.

      Hi Alfredo,

I'm too close to the next general release but will try to check these
      out for the one after.

Why do I get the feeling we're the only two using preview in devices
      feature? :)

Well I've got that feeling too!! That's the idea behind the article, spread the voice about this little known tool for mobile development.

Thank you very much and have a good day!!

        Alfredo.

Did I by any chance miss the publication of your article or is this a
work in progress? I remember talking about it but my email sometimes
fails me so thought I'd ask you to make sure.

Mmm..it's on hold by now, I would like to publish it once 'Tools clears those minor gremlins I detected and It won't go out to the public without your approval first, soooo...put it on 'Tools agenda and I'll be ready to roll...

I think this is a good time for it to go out, Alfredo. Testing features
like device preview takes time because devices themselves have little
quirks so let's see if there's demand out there before I spend more time
              on this.

No problem, I'll send it to you for review and let's see what happens!!

and...thanks one more time for the updates!!
