Paid but only free version is listed under Downloads... ?

    Hi,

    I paid via paypal and got an email, logged into the user assistant and went to downloads but see only the free version listed there. Did I miss something?? Suggestions?

      Hi Rusty,

      When you created the login, please make sure that the login email
      matches the order email. Otherwise it won't realize that you've registered.

        I'm trying to download the newest version of HTML KIT Tools and I'm all paid up for the last ten years and it's asking me to pay for it. Do I have to pay for the newest version?

        I've never paid for any new versions since I registered over 10 years ago.

        BTW: I entered my original email Addy along w/ my activation code and I'm still being referred to the "Buy It" page.

          Hi Douglas,

          Just in case you have multiple logins in the User Assistant, please make
          sure that you're using the one with the registered email. If this
          doesn't help, could you send me screenshots of your login and download
          pages? That'd help me figure out the problem.

          As far as I can tell from this end, the User Assistant is working and
          there haven't been other reports of this.
