I apologize if this feature is already in the program but for the last 3 years I haven't been able to find it.
    (v20150320)

What I want to do it be able to immediately scroll up and down in any window/frame simply based on which one my mouse is sitting over. I think this is a pretty standard feature I've seen in other products because I know I must have attempted to do it without thinking over a thousand times in HTML-Kit only to remember I have to manually click inside the window/frame or grab the scroll bar and then I could use my middle mouse button.

Beyond that I love HTML-Kit, it's been my goto editor for many years now.

You should be able to do this now. I just tried before replying. Maybe
try the TreeHouse build from your User Assistant account? What's your
      Windows version?
