    I'm a beginning user from HTML-Kit - Tools

In my "old" HTML editor I could use a lot of key-combinations for HTML codes which are used frequentily.
    For example:
    <br>
    <b></b>
    <tr></tr>
    <td><td>
    <center></center>

    < a href=" "></a>

    And perhaps (a lot) more.

Until now I can't discover where I this key-combinations can find - or install or define.

Who can help me and who could do that in Dutch?? But Englisch is OK too!

      Hi,

Although it's still possible to create (or install) custom keyboard
shortcuts, may I suggest a few new methods first?

In HTML-Kit Tools, you can type a tag name, like A or TD, and press
      Ctrl+J to expand it.

Ctrl+P brings up frequently used HTML tags (also customizable). So if
you hold the Ctrl key down and press P followed by D (while Ctrl is
      pressed), you'll get "

      |

" with caret in the middle.

And for even more powerful shortcuts check out:

Old HTML-Kit shortcut Ctrl+Insert still works, and you can define custom
ones using "Tools > Keyboard Shortcuts" menu options.

Finally, here are some plugins you might find useful:
