Deletion of multiple files on FTP server using "flag" ?

    Hi,

    Yesterday evening I wanted to delete some files on my FTP server. As I use HTML Kit Tools now for FTP to the webserver I wanted to use this tool instead of an FTP client.

    I wanted to use the "flag" option to delete FTP files as this is much faster than deleting the files one by one, but I could not accomplish this.

    Is it possible to use "flag" to delete multiple files on the FTP server at once ?
    If not is there another possibility than removing them one-by-one in the project window (which takes a lot of time because the FTP server/map refreshes after each delete)?

      Hi Ivo,

      Currently it's not possible to delete a batch of files from a FTP folder
      this way. I'll consider adding this feature if I see more requests on
      "Help > Feedback." In general though, a dedicated FTP client like
      FileZilla would be a better tool for batch deletes.

        Thanks for your reply.
        Yes, I should use FileZilla for this I guess.

        I switched website development from Linux/Ubuntu to Windows because HTML Kit Tools works so good, but standard Windows FTP just doesn't work.

        Collegues also recommended me to use FileZilla for mass-ftp actions.
