i was un-able to find how to customize the actions bar. with such wide screens, it seems silly to have to keep picking tabs (and remembering which tabs to pick) to find an icon.

can't the tabs be set to all display at the same time ? or can icons be migrated to other tabs ?

This is a question for someone with more experience than I have.
I use it just the way it is.

I also was looking for how to customize the actions bar. Is this not possible?

        Hi,

It's not yet possible to customize the Actions Bar (this is in the
works), but this is what I've been doing:

I turn off the Actions Bar to gain screen space ("View > Actions Bar >
Hide" menu option or "^" icon on the menu bar).

Then I turn on snippets window using "File > Insert > Snippet window"
menu option. This gives me access to frequently used code, added using
"File > Insert > Add new snippet." A docked window like this can also be
set to auto-hide so here again the editor has more screen space.

You can also create one or more custom docked windows for doing
basically anything the Actions Bar could. And because you can use
HTML/CSS, it can look like whatever you want. For some examples, try
        these plugins:

        http://www.html-kit.com/tools/plugins/hhp/

and check out their source code by going to "Tools > HTML plgins" menu
        option.

        Hope this helps.
