    Hi Chami,
As you requested, I start a new thread in order to better understande how to preview my pages loading them from a remote server.
I tried what you suggested in last thread (I quote that post here):

"Sure, you can do this now: in your project window, go to the settings
for your FTP or local folder. Change to the Preview tab and enter the
base URL of the website that you want to preview through (let's say
http://mysite/). Now when you open a file from that folder and click the
Preview tab, HTML-Kit Tools will preview http://mysite/index.php or the
equivalent of the file you're previewing."

But my websites are based on CodeIgniter php framework and path is not so easy... for example, a typical page has the following path url "http://mysite/index.php/samplepage" but navigating folders tree via ftp the real structure could be: "mysite/public_html/application/views/samplepage/view_samplepage.php".

Can you help me to correctly configure setting of Kit to use internal preview in this case?

    Thank you,
    Luca.

      Hi Luca,

If your website structure doesn't match file structure, you could create
      a "preview resolver:"

Set "Base URL for preview" to something like:

      http://mysite/preview.php?file=

and then create preview.php on the server to look at "file" parameter
and redirect to the website equivalent.
