Recent Files sub menu contains options for performing the following actions.

Open Last File: Open the last opened file.

Recent File Window: View the list of recently used files in a dockable window

Add to Start Menu Documents: Add the current document to the recent documents list on the Windows Start menu

Edit and Manage Recent Files: Edit and manage recent files: add, modify, toggle on/off or delete.
